Metal Frame
Vertical Frame: 1-2mm thick, 60×40mm steel pipe welded.
Front beam: 1-2mm thick, steel-plated, fixed on vertical frame with screw and tensile nail.
Back beam: 1-2mm thick, steel-plated, fixed on vertical frame with screw and tensile nail.
Lower beam: 1-2mm thick, steel-plated, fixed on vertical frame with screw and tensile nail.
Adjustment foot: 4mm spiral pole with water proof and antirust base.
Work surface: 12.7mm acid and alkali resistance plate, Lip at the front edge of the work surface ensures that any spillage is contained within the work zone, brand being self-chosen.
Door: 18/16mmEOUJIA high quality plate, polyester resin coating treatment, water proof PVC sealing edging.
Hinge: Using the high quality laboratory dedicated hinge, it can be opened and stopped to 90 degrees angle.

Reagent shelf: first class cold rolled steel plate through acid bathing and epoxy baking.
Guardrail: made of aluminum alloy, paint baked and plastic sprayed. Laminate of medicine.

A.实验桌台面说明：采用美国希玛16mm耐酸碱之实芯理化板，颜色为月光白（乳白）色，四周边缘上角圆角及水槽孔均采用CNC数控雕刻而成。（或另选品牌及材质）
B.实验台柜体说明：采用16mm厚环保E0级抗弯曲防水多层胶合板，边缘部分均采用进口热熔胶利用全自动封边机PVC封边防水处理。
C.实验台门板说明：采用18mm厚环保E0级抗弯曲防水多层胶合板，边缘部分均采用进口热熔胶利用全自动封边机PVC封边防水处理。
D.实验桌导轨说明：采用DTC三节静音称重导轨。
E.实验台铰链说明：采用QTC内置阻尼气泵型阻尼铰链，可有效降低关门时冲击，提高使用寿命。
F.实验台把手说明：采用抗腐蚀PVC一字型内嵌实验室**把手。能有效提高工作效率及使用年限。
G.实验桌调节脚说明：为适应现场地面的平整度，底部均装有调节脚。
H.实验台电源说明：采用抗腐蚀PVC岛式插座，内装欧式多功能三眼插座且带有保护盖板，约每米设置一组。

J. 实验桌冷热水套件：可根据使用需求任意位置加装冷热水配置，热水源为AO史密斯6L厨宝，**为鹅颈式冷热水化验****。
K. 实验台试剂架说明：可根据使用需求加装试剂架，试剂架立柱及护栏均为**铝合金表面防腐喷塑处理，飞机片为钢制表面防腐喷塑处理，层板可选8mm钢化玻璃或12.7mm理化板材质，层板可随意调剂高度。三层试剂架总高为1000mm，双层试剂架总高为740mm。
L. 实验台功能带说明：试剂架底层配有金属功能带，功能带为钢制表面防腐喷塑处理。电源插座及特气端口均安装在功能带上，插座为欧式多功能三眼插座且带有保护盖板。
M.实验桌吊柜说明：吊柜材质与实验桌柜体、门板、铰链完成一致，长度定制，宽度400mm，高度400mm。
N.实验台款式说明：均利用独立90型双门柜及独立60型三抽柜及独立工作位组合而成，方便日后拆卸重新组合。

P.实验桌支架说明：支架采用C型立脚与前、后、下钢梁链接而成，支架及链接梁采用40*60*T1.5mm特制镀锌方管气保焊焊接成型打磨后经酸洗磷化表面防腐喷塑处理。
