Specification: length is divided intoⅠ1200mm,Ⅱ1500mm,Ⅲ1800mm,depth 800mm,hight 2350mm,L stands landing and T for the special. Non-standard specification can be made by requirement.
Structure:ordinary type is combined with upper cabinet, work surface and down cabinet.The landing one is overall structure,the desktop is combined with upper cabinet, work surface.
Tabletop:Using 16mm thick EPOXY tabletop, corrosion of strong acids and alkali, bearing high temperature of 600 degrees. Its edge thickened to 25mm. Or you can chose others,physiochemical board,trespa,ceramic plate or stainless steel plate. The work surface is located on upper cabinet.
Cabinet:Using 1.2mm thick SPCC of Baosteel made, process CNC punch cutting, CNC bend to shape, surface coating 75 to 80um TIGER EPOXY resin powder corrosion resistance. Color can be chosen by PANTONE. 
Complement wind deflector:Using 1.2mm thick SPCC of Baosteel made, process CNC punch cutting, CNC bend to shape, surface coating 75 to 80um TIGER EPOXY resin powder corrosion resistance. Color can be chosen by PANTONE. There have multiple complement outlets on fa ade.
Panel:Using 1.2mm thick SPCC of Baosteel made, process CNC punch cutting, CNC bend to shape, surface coating 75 to 80um TIGER EPOXY resin powder corrosion resistance. Color can be chosen by PANTONE. The upper edge portion of panels is down side 30mm.
Liner:Using 5mm thick Physiochemical board, both sides with PP material access door. Deflector:Using 5mm thick physiochemical board, fixing the dedicated PP material fasteners on backplane for demolition and cleaning easier.
Hoods:It located on the top of fume hood, an injection molding by PP material, exhaust diameter DN 250mm.
Front door:It can be moved up and down around with the unprovoked balancing device. The doorframe and track are be made of PVC, 5mm thick toughened safety glass. The counterweight of door located in the back of the fume hood. Connecting the front door frame through 304 stainless steel coated embrace rope. Each fume hood equipped with six metal bearing plastic pulley to Ensure the front door to slide up and down smoothly. Or you can choose Electric door kits.
Wind speed and air flow: In the case of the front door was opened to 300mm. Wind speed of 0.6m/s above, air volume for 1200-1800 Cube/h.
Damper:PVC electric anti-corrosion damper.
Handle:Using the high quality PP anti-corrosion laboratory dedicated handle which can insert cards.
Power supply:Setting a piece of 86 type 220V-10A multifunction six socket under cabinet. And setting two pieces of laboratory outlets with splash cover upper cabinet.
Operation panel:Blue screen display, controlling total power supply, fan, lights, spare, damper by point touching the switch.
Adjustable feet:Keep it balanced through the 4 adjustable feets for M8 screw rod plastic. 
Water distribution:Remote faucet and PP cups of Italian TOF laboratory dedicated.
Gas distribution:Gas Hancock of Italian TOF laboratory dedicated, different color of valve can be chosen according the gas you use.

 
通风柜尺寸规格：长度I1200型/II1500型/III1800型，深度800mm，高度2350mm，L为落地型/T为特制型，非标尺寸为依照要求制作。
通风柜结构说明：普通款通风柜由上柜/台面/下柜组合而成，落地款为整体结构，桌面款由上柜/台面组合而成。
通风柜台面说明：采用16mm厚（EPOXY）环氧树脂台面，可耐强酸强碱之腐蚀，耐高温600℃，或另选台面（理化板/千思板/陶瓷板/不锈钢板）台面位于上柜内。
通风柜柜体说明：采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板（SPCC）数控冲床下料后，数控折弯成型，表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌（TIGER）户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体。颜色可依照潘通色卡定做。
通风橱补风板说明：采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板（SPCC）数控冲床下料后，数控折弯成型，表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌（TIGER）户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体。颜色可依照潘通色卡定做。正面冲有多个补风口。
通风橱面板说明：采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板（SPCC）数控冲床下料后，数控折弯成型，表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌（TIGER）户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体。颜色可依照潘通色卡定做。为达到良好的立体感面板上部边缘部分为倒边30mm。
 
通风柜内胆说明：采用5mm厚理化板制作，左右两侧设有PP材质检修门。
通风柜导流板说明：采用5mm厚理化板制作，利用**的PP材质扣件固定于内胆的背板上，可随意拆卸清洗。
通风柜抽风罩说明：抽风罩位于通风柜**部，为PP材质一次注塑成型，排风口径为￠250mm。
通风橱前门说明：为上下左右移动门，配备无端平衡装置，门框及轨道采用PVC材质，玻璃为5mm钢化安全玻璃，门的配重位于通风柜后部，利用304不锈钢包胶缆绳与前门框连接，每台通风柜配备6只金属轴承的塑料滑轮，确保前门上下滑动平稳。（可选配电动门套件）。
通风橱风速及风量说明：风速为0.6m/每秒以上（前门打开到300mm处），风量为1200-1800立方/小时。
通风柜风阀说明：为PVC电动防腐风阀。
通风柜把手说明：柜门把手采用凹字形实验室**把手。
通风柜电源说明：下柜设置86型220V-10A多功能六眼插座一支，上柜设置实验室**带防溅盖插座两只。
通风橱操作面板说明：操作面板为蓝屏液晶文本显示。开关为点触式，可控制总电源，风机，照明灯，备用，风阀。
通风柜调节角说明：为适应地面平整柜体底部设有为M8螺竿塑料调节脚4只。
通风柜配水说明：**为意大利TOF实验室**遥控**。排水为意大利TOF实验室**PP水杯（选配项）。
通风橱配气说明：供气为意大利TOF实验室**遥控气体考克，可依照气体种类选择不同颜色的阀门。（选配项）。
